  This lovely 3 bedroom seafront villa is situated in the beautiful part of Vis town – Kut (Lucica) on a very quiet location. The two spacious terraces offer stunning seaviews and in the evenings you will witness the most amazing sunset. It also gives you a luxury of its private beach, with the clearest sea of the Adriatic. The shops, cafes and restaurants are only a short 3-4 minutes stroll away.

  The villa consists of a spacious living / dining area, a kitchen, a rest room and a large terrace overlooking the whole bay of Vis. A staircase leads to the first floor consisting of a double bedroom, a further bedroom with a sofa bed, a bathroom and a big terrace with fabulous sea views. On the top floor there is a double bedroom, a living room with its own kitchen and bathroom (also has its private entrance).
